Quadrophenia [1979 feature film]

Much of the action in the iconic 1979 film based on The Who's rock opera takes place around - and was filmed in - the Goldhawk Road area of West London, so inevitably the station itself is seen is a couple of scenes, first the western entrance when central character Jimmy (Phil Daniels) rides past with Steph (Leslie Ash) on the pillion (Image 1), and then later when Jimmy's gang ride past the eastern entrance at night, chasing a couple of greasers (Image 3). In a couple of other scenes, Hammersmith & City line trains are seen passing on the viaduct in the background (Images 2 & 4).
